18 Movements
of Shaolin

The Shaolin 18 Movements derive from Bodhidharma’s visit to China. He taught the Buddhist monks these martial exercises which later became known as the 18 Movements of Shaolin Kung Fu.

  • Wài​ Băi Tuĭ - Outside Kick
  • Lĭ Hé​ Tuĭ - Inside Kick
  • Cè​ Tī​ Tuĭ - Sideways Facing Kick
  • Gōng Bù Chōng​ Quán - Twist Punch
